Jacob Jellison and Aaron Hough

Paul instructs the believers at Corinth concerning the covering of the head by women in the public worship setting in 1Corinthians 11. What was the covering that Paul was referring to? Further, does this passage truly deal with hair, or is it referring to a material item that was popular in the Jewish community of that day, used for a head covering? Is Paul dealing with a cultural issue in this passage, or a universal principle applicable to all generations? These are some of the issues that we consider as we finish out our conversation centered around a question sent in by a listener.
